Coaching is an opportunity for you to work through the strategic and tactical obstacles between you and your most important work with someone who will press you to defend your thought process, tweak your perspectives, and remind you of what you are doing well.
Coaching is not therapy, and it is not a venue to have someone else solve your problems or define your agenda. You already have most of the solutions and it’s my job to help you unlock them. This is not a prescriptive, five-step program or “life hack.” We will not discuss your relationship with your siblings.
